About Sara

As a Latina attorney with a first-hand understanding of systemic injustice, the law is personal to me — so personal that I opened my own practice.

Built from an unwavering commitment to hold power to account, The Law Office of Sara Aguiñiga is committed to delivering justice for society’s most underserved. With more than a decade of trial law experience, I’ve helped to secure hundreds of millions in settlement compensation for my clients, most notably serving as second chair in a major opioids trial against three of America’s largest pharmaceutical companies.

Guided by my passion for individual advocacy, The Law Office of Sara Aguiñiga is an independent practice rooted in that same belief. By stepping away from the traditional firm model, I’m able to deliver justice through client empathy and authentically pursue my professional purpose of changing lives for the better.
